By River Situated on the picturesque River Nene between Peterborough and Northampton, the Marina is between Upper & Lower Barnwell locks. Going upstream it is a 2 day cruise to Northampton and going down stream it is approximately 1 and a half days to Peterborough. The location of the marina means it is possible to reach many other river & canal systems, though there are some restriction along the way, mainly height and width of your boat. Please note that there is also a width restriction into the Marina of 10ft 6", and some longer boats may find it easier to approach the cut from downstream.
